Refund Policy
Page title: Refund Policy
Effective: [[EFFECTIVE_DATE]] · Last updated: [[LAST_UPDATED]]
[note] No reviewer note on this page. SPEC D7 gates Terms and Privacy on attorney review; the
refund policy states a business decision from SPEC B1 and can ship on its own. It is still worth
handing to the attorney with the other three.
14 days. No questions.
If you buy the Denied Claim Simulator and it is not what you wanted, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
We will not ask why. We will not ask how much of it you completed. There is no form, no exit survey, and no retention offer.
What "unconditional" means here
It means what it says:
- It does not matter how many scenarios you finished.
- It does not matter that you downloaded the templates.
- It does not matter if you already took the exam.
- You do not have to give a reason. If you want to tell us what was wrong, we would like to hear it — but it is not a condition of the refund.
We wrote it this way on purpose. A refund policy with conditions turns a two-minute email into an argument, and nobody needs that.
How to ask
Email [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]] from the address you used to buy, within 14 days of the purchase date.
Say "refund" somewhere in it. That is the whole process.
If you cannot email from the original address, send us the receipt or the last four digits of the card and we will find the order.
What happens next
We start the refund through Stripe, usually within two business days. The money goes back to the original payment method. How fast it lands is up to your bank — typically 5 to 10 business days.
Any sales tax collected on the purchase is refunded with it.
We will confirm by email when the refund is sent.
What a refund does to your access
Your access to what you bought ends when the refund is processed. Any certificate issued from that purchase is voided. Anything you already downloaded is yours to keep — we are not going to chase PDFs — but the license to use them ends with the refund.
Your account itself stays unless you ask us to delete it, so a later purchase picks up where you left off.
The 14 days runs from each purchase
- Simulator Core or Practice Owner Edition: 14 days from the purchase date.
- Order bump (the Front-Desk Denial-Prevention Mini-Kit): covered by the same 14 days as the order it was added to. You can refund the bump on its own and keep the course, or refund the whole order.
- Upgrade to the Practice Owner Edition — whether you took the offer on your receipt or upgraded later from your account page: its own 14 days, running from the upgrade date. Refunding the upgrade returns you to Tier 1 rather than cancelling everything.
- Expansion packs: 14 days from the date you bought that pack.
After 14 days
After 14 days we do not issue refunds. The window is short, unconditional, and clearly stated, and that is the trade.
Two things are still true after day 14. If something in the product is broken or wrong, tell us — every lesson and scenario has a "Report an issue" link, and that is how the content gets fixed. And if you were double-charged or something went wrong with the transaction itself, email us; that is a billing error, not a refund request, and we will fix it.
If you are thinking about a chargeback
Email us first. A refund takes one message and lands faster than a chargeback. Filing a dispute instead of asking just adds weeks and a bank in the middle.
Repeat purchases
The refund itself is unconditional, every time. But if someone repeatedly buys and refunds the same product, we may decline to sell to them again. That is about future sales, not about withholding a refund you are entitled to.
If we change this policy
We may change this policy for future purchases. The policy that applies to you is the one published when you bought. A change never shortens the window on an order that has already been placed.
Statutory rights
Nothing here takes away rights you have under applicable consumer law.
